Multi-stage robust clearing model considering renewable energy output uncertainty and unit effective reserve calculation in electricity market

With the advancement of China’s carbon policy, proportion renewable energy, mainly wind and solar, has increased, which brings greater challenges to reservation power systems. Due complexity systems, adopting method zonal reserve ensure stable system operation is very difficult. Among existing clearing results for calculating reservation, unit will be restricted by network security constraints, leading risks. To obtain reservations efficiently without breaking this paper proposes an effective calculation engineering implementation. A box robust optimization further utilized Security Constrained Unit Commitment in consumption stability efficiency system. Furthermore, a data-driven random employed Economic Dispatch optimizing economy This multi-stage model, good extensibility, line with process. The simulation analysis based on actual data province China IEEE 300-bus verifies correctness feasibility proposed model theory.
